June/July | Full-time I London or Germany I Remote first I European travel where needed 

You will be responsible for two main areas of Marketing & Social Media working alongside our fractional CMO and CEO creating and executing strategies together in the areas below: 

  • General Marketing & PR strategy  
  • Marketing calendar creation and oversight
  • Social media planning & briefing // Content & assets creation briefing   
  • Occasional Brand representative in key external brand meetings  
  • Wholesale marketing – working to deliver assets to our retailers   
  • PR agency management (UK & US)  
  • CRM marketing (such as newsletters, customer events, gifting etc)  
  • Partnerships / collaborations   
  • Influencer relationships - with agency extensions   
  • Community management (incl. events with agency extensions)  


You will own the annual marketing calendar for all activities driving promotional activities such as holidays and retailers ensuring all marketing communications are consistent and maximised by working closely with all relevant departments internally and external agencies. You will develop disruptive integrated marketing campaigns from brief to execution that catch fire across our global markets and skincare. 


You will be responsible for the global social media presence and growth across the organic social channels as well as growing our community of KOLs and actively engaging with them. We are currently active on Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook and are always open to new ideas for content and formats. 


  • Own the annual marketing calendar for all GZTN activities, leading campaign meetings with all relevant departments and agencies to ensure a degree 360 customer experience  

  • Own associated marketing workstreams to support the sales and business objectives – (i.e. customer, product and seasonal nuances in region) 
  • Monitor competitive landscape and drive clear competitive differentiation with our brand activities
  • Lead the campaign briefing and development process with the creative team and any relevant external agency partners.    

  • Work with retailers from each region and channel to develop commercially driven plans to activate instore/field activation needs 
  • Work with paid social and media/activation agency or freelancers to accelerate content  

  • Manage results against key KPIs (e.g. brand awareness, driving key brand attributes, driving traffic and sales growth) and act on opportunities as they arise.
  • Manage the department's budget with the CMO and ensure we stay within allocated funds   

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of PR activities with our UK & US PR partners.  


  • Plan and execute the global social media strategy (organic and paid) across the different platforms  
  • Grow our social media communities to the next level, engaging with followers and influencers and responding to skincare and general queries to drive engagement, reach and follower growth.   
  • Align with marketing and retail calendars to create unique social stories that tell our story and align with our marketing plans  
  • Stay on top of beauty trends to ensure our social media strategy is up to date 
  • Cultivate and grow our KOL community, organizing collaborations and building long-term partnerships 
  • Create social first content by shooting BTS, Instagram reels and styling videos for campaigns and internal shoots.    

  • Work with creative team to develop new social initiatives to drive KPI's i.e. partnerships, contests, giveaways, influencer content.   
  • Write and edit copy across all social channels, ensuring the brand's tone of voice is maintained. 
  • Complete monthly social media reports to provide compelling insights   
  • Define potential revenue and partnership strategy with KOLs   

  • Organize customer/KOL and marketing events to engage with our community and build brand awareness and credibility 
  • Manage product ordering and distribution for partnerships and press


  • A passion for skincare and beauty and a desire to learn more about the science behind our products with 3+ years of marketing experience    
  • Understanding and passion for the luxury segment   
  • Excellent project and relationship management skills   
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms, their content styles and trends   
  • Work independently as part of a small team with the ability to make informed decisions and work towards solutions   
  • Strong communication skills with financial acumen   
  • Understanding of what are relevant KPIs for a given role and holding others accountable to them  
  • Fluency in English, German or another language is a plus
