At GEZEITEN, we work with pioneering biotech partners to incorporate cutting-edge biotechnology into our formulations, creating pure, high-performance actives with minimal environmental impact. Each ingredient is rigorously tested over 1-2 years to ensure both efficacy and environmental responsibility.

Using biobank innovation, our partners develop reusable cultures from single samples of marine microorganisms or algae, reducing reliance on repeated harvesting from nature.

Advanced photobioreactors mimic the natural habitat of rare algae and microalgae, enabling our partners to cultivate these compounds with exceptional purity, potency, and consistency.
SUSTAINABLE CULTIVATION PROGRAMMES & HARVESTING

We support innovative, soilless cultivation methods such as hydroponics and aeroponics, significantly reducing water consumption. On the Atlantic coast, our partners cultivate algae in protected underwater facilities, preserving biodiversity while minimising environmental impact.

The life cycle and regeneration capabilities of the algae are carefully studied to determine the optimal harvesting time, tools and locations. This ensures sustainable harvesting practices with minimal environmental impact. Flat boats are used to avoid damage to fragile reef ecosystems, further protecting the environment.

How to Refill

STEP 1
To replace the refill, unscrew the cap slightly for leverage, then gently pull off.

STEP 2
Insert the new refill into the base and slowly rotate until you feel it engage. Then push down firmly until you hear a click.

STEP 3
Screw the cap back on properly.

TIP
For convenience when travelling, take only the refill with the cap and leave the base at home.

Our packaging is made from FSC certified paper and is free from laminate and plastic.
