The contract becomes effective upon acceptance of the offer by GEZEITEN. There is no obligation to accept.

Acceptance of the offer by GEZEITEN occurs through a confirmation by email or by dispatch confirmation of the product.

The offer is only directed at consumers in the sense of § 13 BGB. By submitting an offer, you assure that you are not acting in a commercial capacity.


GEZEITEN is entitled to partial deliveries if this is reasonable based on a weighing of your and our interests. With partial deliveries, GEZEITEN naturally bears the additional shipping costs incurred. The dispatch of the partial deliveries takes place at our risk. With the receipt of each partial delivery, the risk for the delivered articles passes to you. If GEZEITEN is in default with outstanding partial services or if outstanding partial services are not possible, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract as a whole or to demand compensation for damages due to non-fulfillment of the entire obligation, provided that the partial delivery is not of interest to you.

GEZEITEN offers the following payment methods:

PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay, AmazonPay, ShopPay, Creditcard (Maestro, Visa, American Express), Klarna

The purchase price is due immediately upon receipt of the order confirmation. The account will be charged on the next possible date depending on the chosen payment method. Shipment will only take place after receipt/confirmation of payment.

If the amount due does not arrive on GEZEITEN's account in a timely manner or if payment is refused by the card issuer, GEZEITEN may decide to cancel the purchase or to request payment from the buyer again. If GEZEITEN sticks to the purchase and ships the goods, the buyer is automatically in default. In this case, GEZEITEN reserves the right to charge a reminder fee for the payment reminder.

Even without further reminder, the buyer is then additionally obliged to pay the statutory default interest of five percentage points above the respective base interest rate announced by the European Central Bank and any further default damages, in particular further collection costs. However, the buyer always retains the right to prove that no or less damage has been incurred.

Until payment is made, the delivered product remains the property of GEZEITEN. If the contractual partner breaches the contract, for example in case of payment default, he is obliged to return the delivered goods to GEZEITEN after a reasonable period of time.

Compensation for damages due to a breach of a duty under the contractual relationship must be provided under the legal requirements. The same applies to claims for damages based on the Product Liability Act. All instructions on the packaging and inserts must be followed. No liability is assumed for any application and/or handling that deviates from this.


The product image may not always correspond to the appearance of the delivered products. Changes in appearance may occur during range renewals. There are no defects if they are reasonable.

If the goods are defective, we will ensure rectification within a reasonable period of time, i.e. either by replacement delivery or by rectifying the defects. If rectification by the chosen method is only possible with disproportionate costs, GEZEITEN is entitled to rectify in the other form. The costs required for the rectification will be borne by GEZEITEN. If rectification is unsuccessful, the buyer has the option to either rescind the purchase or to reduce the purchase price.

Defective goods must be returned to GEZEITEN, unless the decision has been made to reduce the purchase price.

Warranty claims expire within 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods.

The costs for the return shipment in case of a defect are to be borne by GEZEITEN.


Consumers can also settle disputes related to online orders out of court through a platform established by the European Commission. The platform can be accessed via the link

GEZEITEN initially tries to settle disputes with the customer amicably. Beyond that, GEZEITEN is not obliged to participate in the mediation procedure via the EU platform.


GEZEITEN reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.

German law applies to customers in Germany. For customers residing abroad, the law of the country in which the customer usually resides applies
