The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

The contract is concluded once we accept your order by:

We reserve the right to decline orders where necessary.

All prices are final prices. For deliveries within the European Union, prices include applicable VAT. For international orders, taxes and duties are handled in accordance with our SHIPPING & RETURNS.

Payment is processed at the time of purchase.

Orders are prepared and shipped once payment has been successfully authorized.

Where reasonable, we may make partial deliveries. Any additional shipping costs incurred will be borne by GEZEITEN.

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the goods.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, takes possession of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

You must return the goods within 14 days.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Statutory warranty rights apply.

The limitation period for warranty claims is two years from delivery.

In the event of a defect, we will provide a remedy within a reasonable period, either by repair or replacement.

Please note that warranty claims apply only to defects present at the time of delivery and do not extend to changes resulting from normal use, storage, or natural product characteristics.

We are fully liable for:

• intent and gross negligence
• injury to life, body, or health
• claims under the German Product Liability Act
  

In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (so-called cardinal obligations).

In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment is necessary for the proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance you may regularly rely.

Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

The goods remain the property of GEZEITEN until full payment has been received.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
